www.driveweb.com is a powerful 24 hour per day resource which will be dedicated to automated software and product support. The drive.web environment uses a Sun Microsytems, Inc., utility, Java Web Start, to provide totally automated tools software updates. Every time you start a drive.web program Java Web Start will try to access the www.driveweb.com web site and effortlessly download and install any updates you need.

To see the basic drive.web offline system-building features live from anywhere across the internet, go to the download page and follow the simple instructions. The online demo will give you access to an AC vector drive, a DC drive and a smarty module in a system configuration that we have running in our Maryland plant. You will be able to monitor any parameters within the drives or the smarty, make connections between software blocks either internally or drive-to-drive, start and stop the drives and change the drive speeds and speed ratio.
The demo, which normally takes about an hour, will show you all the basic features of drive.web and give you a good feel for the intuitive nature of drive.web savvy, the system performance and the power of multi-user worldwide system access.
drive.web standard architecture
drive.web is open to participation by third-party control product manufacturers. A development package consisting of pseudo-code for the interface along with a debugging and conformance-testing package enable control product manufacturers to quickly and easily create a reliable interface to drive.web. drive.web support and training
Two-day drive.web system designer training courses will be held at the factory on a regular basis for system design engineers. The courses will cover hardware and software development, programming techniques, use of pre-configured application blocks, system diagnostics, user training and system documentation.
